“Went to this location today and at first was very intimidated by the long line outside of the building. Luckily I had an appointment and was able to check in while in my car through the online portal. Within 1 minute I got a text saying it was my turn. I was greeted and immediately taken back to do my blood test. Kayla drew my blood and that is why I'm here making a 5 star review. She was absolutely amazing! Technicians always have the hardest time getting my blood. Kayla got it on the first try! No pain and also no bruising at all. She was very kind and made the process so much easier than I have ever been through. I just highly recommend having an appointment and you will have a great experience.”

I Didn't Make It In Time For My One Hour Glucose Test Before Closing At 3pm And The Lady Was Sweet Enough To Say If You Come Tomorrow Earlier We Can Do Both Tests Instead Of Pricking Me Twice Because I Needed Two Blood Works Done Trying To Save Me Extra Pain Because I Hate Needles, Finally Made It For My Test And Their Machine Was Down, I Expressed To The Gentlemen I Was In A Hurry He Said Okay Come In I'll Check You In Inside Let's Get You Going Dont Believe The Bad Reviews Because Customers Dont Have The Things They Need THIS PLACE IS GREAT!”
“My mother and I came today on a VERY busy day without an appointment because the other two LabCorps nearer to me wereclosed for renovations. The entire staff from the front desk to the technicians were extremely nice and professional. We had to wait for an hour, but we were told the wait time would be 1 1/2 hours, so we were prepared and pleased it was less.The tech got several samples from my elderlymother with no pain and no issues. How nice to be treated so kindly! Thank you to the entire San Bernardino staff!”

“I had a appointment at 11:50. I did have a little trouble signing in. Once I figured it out I sat down and within 5 or 6 minutes and was called in. The nurse was very nice and friendly. I was out of the office by 12:15. The parking situation wasn’t the best. Definitely geared to smaller cars.”
“I really liked it here. I wanted to dislike it because of the low rating but it's hard to dislike. I walked in on a Monday afternoon as a walk-in and had to wait about 45 minutes. They have a screen available to see how many people are waiting and how many people have appointments. This place is very clean and the staff was amazing and friendly. I think the worst part was having to wait, but I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait. It's very clean and the staff is very nice so considering they are doing us a service I highly recommend this location.”

“Clean, efficient office. None of the staff I encountered were the least bit rude. I called before visiting to ask for a time to have my DOT Physical. I showed-up a few minutes before that time, in order to fill out paperwork (which, to my surprise, was not that much). I was greeted as I entered, and the desk receptionists were friendly. Five minutes after completing my paperwork, I was called back into the examination suite. The testing process was smooth and thorough. The total length of my visit was less than one hour. I would certainly recommend this facility to other Commercial drivers.”
