She kept everything running smoothly and made the check-in process easy.
Kim, the phlebotomist, was equally outstanding. With over a decade of experience, it definitely shows. She has some of the steadiest hands I've ever experienced, and she was kind, gentle, and professional while drawing my blood. The entire process was quick, comfortable, and virtually painless.
A big thank you to Brianna and Kim for providing such exceptional care and customer service. They made what is usually an unpleasant errand a genuinely positive experience.”
