“I really liked it here. I wanted to dislike it because of the low rating but it's hard to dislike. I walked in on a Monday afternoon as a walk-in and had to wait about 45 minutes. They have a screen available to see how many people are waiting and how many people have appointments. This place is very clean and the staff was amazing and friendly. I think the worst part was having to wait, but I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait. It's very clean and the staff is very nice so considering they are doing us a service I highly recommend this location.”

“I was shocked to see that Labcorp was available inside a Walgreens. I walked in and it was very clean, quick, and professional. I was a bit nervous because I went in at 3PM and they close at 4PM, luckily there was no line at all and I was seen instantly. Nisha did my bloodwork and was incredibly nice and made the process painless. She is great and I will definitely go here again in the future.”

“My husband and I went here earlier today for a routine blood draw and I wasn't sure what to expect since I usually go to the San Dimas location. We had an appointment for 2 pm and it was crowded but checking in at the kiosk was a breeze and all we had to do after that was give the front desk staff our insurance cards and blood draw paperwork to scan into the system. I need a bed for my draws as I tend to faint easily, and they don't have a bed but they do have a comfy medical recliner that I was able to use once the room was open. The tech that I got was very professional and was able to keep me calm through the process. This location is a bit chaotic but other than that, we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes and the staff are really nice. Make sure you get an appointment though.”

“I'm not an often reviewer on Google but I feel obligated based on the experience I had today at this Fontana location. For years in the past I have used the upland location and this one being closer to home now was ideal for me today. First off I don't understand the negative reviews, it is a professional place ment to draw your blood or collect your specimen depending on doctor orders. There's really nothing else to it. The staff were friendly and to the point with me. I spent 2 hours there as I was doing my pregnancy glucose test, I was drawn 3 times by 3 different people and all were kind and straight forward. I arrived at about 7:45 am, checked in, did my first draw by 8:13, and then every hour after for the other 2 draws of blood. Like I said it's not like you are going to a restaurant or to a theme park, I don't understand what people who have had negative experiences in the past have dealt with but I was treated kindly, efficiently and my lab work was professional taken care of in the amount of time expected. I saw many people come and go as they were only having blood drawn once and it was honestly fast for most of them, like I said I went in today on a Monday, it seemed busy given the waiting area seats were taken but people came and went fast from what I saw. The only reason I was there for 2 hours was because my glucose tolerance test required blood to be drawn 1 hour after each time. 10/10 experience and if this is the lab corp you live close to or nearest to you I dodon'see why drive further off. ?”
