“Love it here! Location is A little further than i needed ;however due to HOLY is exceptional and the facility is the cleanest safest i have seen . I was hesitant to go with a public storage due to bad experience of staff being rude and miss informed and aloof since it's not a private business. However Holy treats customers and represents the company as if it were a family owned business. She communicates AB's works with you if you are in need to down size or upgrade and need lock replaced. I am always informed correctly and have several units at different sites for to a busy life and am able to access new units through app in didn't cites of my appointments out what ever i need to drop off and always runs smoothly. I have multiple extra space due to professionalism and exceptional customer service thank you Holy”
