“It’s a decent space for the price. The stairs were only one short flight of stairs, and there was a cart available to wheel my boxes to my unit. High ceilings too, so unit can be filled to the top.I do wish the downstairs metal door would stay open on its own so I don't have to prop it open when moving a lot of stuff in.Also, I couldn't figure out how to get out of the gate the first time as it was not automatic and I didn't see a keypad anywhere near it. A fellow customer showed me the keypad which was much further back than I would have expected. Peaceful and safe seeming area.”

“Saturday we had an appointment to rent a truck and a new storage unit. Unfortunately the computer system went down but instead of making us wait they just took copies of my license and credit card and let us get started and we I was done the system was back up and we did all the paperwork. “Been looking for a storage unit around this location and found this place through a referral. Place is well secured, staff is super helpful and friendly,(thank you Joseph Rajas) and the facility is well maintained. My storage unit was located upstairs, but they do provide a commercial elevator that was a pretty decent size. I also love the fact that they provide a dolly for use, makes moving alot more convenient. Yes I would recommend this.”

“Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.”

We saw a few friendly renters as we walked to the first unit. Units we were Shown were cleaned out and very presentable. Definitely loved the customer service. Which is lacking these days. Definitely recommend this property. I myself will definitely be back when I need to rent again. Ask for Teresa.”
