They seem to be closed. Epson has them listed as their go-to repair shop for office hardware but when I drove by it was closed. Leaving several phone messages did not result in a callback. Go to Deens Electronics in Fremont instead

AVOID Allrepair, listed as an Epson repair facility. They've moved. from a former address in Richmond California & left no forwarding one. They lack technicians and apparently work on the come. There is no follow through even after cancelling an appt. the day before. Allrepair lacks any repair facility purportedly fixing printers on sight. They don't assess. Instead they, in the case they even show up, replace parts with new ones, which may, or may not be necessary. It's possible they replaced parts on defective printers in the past, but think they may be on their way out of business. Suggest using alternative Epson Repair shops. Deens in Fremont, Calif. is one and there are. more. You can do better than Allrepair. Hard to imagine doing worse.

I caution others not to deal with this firm. I brought in my HP printer, explaining that I'd had to remove the white plastic toner strip take out a piece of paper stuck behind it, and that one of the little springs on each side holding it in place had dropped, probably into the printer, and disappeared. All Repair charged me a $75 diagnostic fee. The "diagnosis" contained no more information than I'd provided as well as a false statement: that to replace the toner strip and springs it is necessary almost to disassemble the printer, although , in reality, the parts are immediately accessible when one lifts the top, as one does to change ink cartridges. All Repair kept my printer for a month, the technician stopped responding to inquiries, and finally I had to arrange to go pick it up with no repair whatsoever having been done.

Slow and negligent to reply to communications. Terrible confusing website that does not explain you must correspond with them over email first before going to the shop with your printer. I went there during their stated hours, there is almost no signage outside the building or in the plaza, the door was locked and dark, no one responded to the doorbell. I found out after emailing them later that I'm supposed to correspond with them first and then they'll give you a lock combo so you can leave your printer in the lockbox outside. Then they bill you separately with yet another email so you can pay the deposit. First of all: JUST WRITE ALL THAT ON YOUR FRIKKIN WEBSITE, don't wait for confused customers to show up outside your shop. Second of all: wooooow way too complicated that is soooo many steps. I needed printer repair, not a goddamn 10 step riddle

My Epson large format printer was having problems and Epson Tech Support advised me to take it to AllRepair, which is a certified Epson repair shop, closest to me. Not many Epson repair centers in Northern California. Communication was done through their website. Initially, I was first impressed with their convenient after hours drop off location. But that's where my good impression stopped. It was hard to communicate with them. Apparently they don't like talking on the phone. All communication is done via email or text. Diagnostic was completed and I was told I needed a new print head and it would need to be ordered from Epson. 10 days into the repair I had not heard from them so I texted and they replied that part was ordered and they had no idea when it would arrive. They said they have backorders from April. I wish they had told me to be prepared for that. They later came back to me and said that actually, my Epson Printer was a "non-US printer, and that Epson did not have that part available. I called Epson Tech Support and they confirmed that my printer, which I bought from Epson was a US printer. They thought it odd that the technician did not confirm the serial number correctly on the printer. I asked if my deposit could be returned, since they never were able to fix it, and they incorrectly recorded the serial number, and that essentially they could not repair it. The answer was no! Not a good experience at all. This banner on the homepage of their website: "We are the Premier Authorized Epson repair center for Norther California" They need to step up their game Not a good experience at all.

Could not have been happier with this repair. It was a bit odd not to ever have personal contact with these folks, but they obviously know what they are doing, have good email communication, and repaired my Epson 3880 printer quickly and successfully. I would definitely use them again.

My Epson XP-860, a real workhouse, required replacement of the inkpads which were at end of life. AllRepair provided a quick, clearly worded quote and a clever, no-contact method of dropping the machine off at their convenient Richmond location. Once they had the machine, they ran diagnostics (just in case), completed the repairs, and notified me it was ready. Cost was reasonable (much better than buying a new printer, especially since this one has been so great!) and paying for the repair was simple and quick. Pickup used the same no-contact method and I was in and out in minutes. Great communication, good prices, and excellent service: it doesn't get better than this!

I took my Epson Eco-Tank printer in for a repair and I had an outstanding experience! Easy to manage the drop-off/pick-up procedure, and I appreciate that they are keeping their employees safe. We communicated by email about what needed to be repaired and the timeline. Printer is back, in great shape for a reasonable price. I will use this excellent business again! Thank you, Allrepair!

I am so pleased with the service: quick responses to phone messages, easy dropoff and pickup (safe Covid procedure with no personal interaction), and an excellent repair to my printer within a very reasonable time frame and at an affordable price. This will be my go-to place should I ever need printer repair in the future. Much gratitude!

Didn't end up getting my printer fixed here because I was told by the staff that it will cost me so much to fix it and he recommended me to go onto epson's clearance website to get a new one when it's on sales. The staff was so kind and next time when my printer needs to be fixed I will def come here again!

Wow, this guy just spent 10 minutes on the phone telling me exactly how to fix my two non-working printers and not have to pay him to do it, and answering every question I had. Very impressive.

These guys are fair, professional, reasonable priced, and I won't hesitate to use them again. Here's the scoop: I'm self-employed and do work that requires me to have a reliable printer that puts out clean prints. So when my work-horse HP Laserjet 2055 started leaving smudges on the back of paper, I was bummed. Was this fixable? Time to buy a new printer? I decided to see what the pros here had to say. They were upfront about how cleaning the printer was still a hit or miss proposition, but I decided to go for it. Later, they were upfront about how it needed a part AND that they didn't recommend replacing it because of high labor cost. Now that the printer is back in the office, I can see they did very good work. Smudges are much lighter and that will hold me over for a while. They are indeed a little hard to find, even though they are right next to a store I purchased flooring from (which may say more about me than anything). They don't have a big sign over the shop. So just know they are next to the Floor Store.
