Could not have been happier with this repair. It was a bit odd not to ever have personal contact with these folks, but they obviously know what they are doing, have good email communication, and repaired my Epson 3880 printer quickly and successfully. I would definitely use them again.

I am so pleased with the service: quick responses to phone messages, easy dropoff and pickup (safe Covid procedure with no personal interaction), and an excellent repair to my printer within a very reasonable time frame and at an affordable price.
