“Excellent customer service by this shop. They replaced my truck drivers side door pins. I purchased the pins, and also got the stronger oversized versions. I've had this replacement of pins done several times. I learned that it was a factory flaw. Factory pins are too small for the weight of the door. Anyway, Stewart's drilled the hinge assembly to accommodate the larger pins. They completed the job extreamly fast. Brought the truck in at 8:00 am, and picked it up the same day. I would highly recommend this shop. They are extreamly professional & won't charge you and arm & a leg. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my body shop needs.

What went well? In a word… Geo! And I don’t mean the vehicle sold in the ’90s. I mean Geo, our Sales Consultant, who provided one of the best car-buying experiences either of us has ever had.

We were there to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I was there to support the person actually buying the vehicle. Geo greeted us and was very friendly from the start. He helped us inspect the vehicle, answered our questions, and demonstrated his knowledge of it. A lot of Sales Consultants don’t have the answers when you ask specific questions about a vehicle, but Geo was extremely knowledgeable.

He then took us on a test drive that he tailored to what she wanted to experience with the vehicle. This really highlighted what the vehicle could do and allowed her to see how it would handle in different driving situations. Most test drives are less than 10 minutes—you go on the highway, maybe take the back way to the dealership, and that’s it. Geo made sure that all of our questions about what the vehicle could do were answered.

When it came time to talk numbers, he was very upfront, and we genuinely felt that he was advocating for us. We had a couple of things we went back and forth on, and he engaged in an open and honest discussion, which we really appreciated. Geo came up with a final price that she was very happy to agree to.

Geo then took us over to see Mike in Finance, and the experience continued to exceed our expectations. Mike was also funny and engaging and, more importantly, FAST! I have bought cars where signing the paperwork was literally like pulling teeth! This was fast, with no hard sells or unnecessary add-ons snuck in like so many dealerships do. When we did discuss an extended warranty, he also customized the warranty to fit her needs perfectly.

Honestly, the experience was so good that it has me thinking about coming back and getting a car for myself!

“Just purchased a new GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Hanlees. I actually purchased this vehicle over the phone and did not see the vehicle until it was delivered.Hector was fantastic. He sent me numerous videos and photos of the suv. He matched another dealers price so it was a very easy transaction.I will say I am not a fan of the management of this dealership though. From the finance manager to the GM (who actually quit 3 days after I bought the SUV) seemed never to have my best interest in mind. After writing a check for $111k they wanted to charge me $500 to deliver the vehicle, (40 min drive) did not want to deliver my all weather floor mats and did not provide correct paperwork.HECTOR corrected all these mistakes and personally offered to deliver my floor mats on his day off. This is a true example of customer service. After my car was delivered Hector called me 2 separate times asking if I had any questions or needed anything. Hanlees GMC needs to take note of this and offer Hector a management position. He clearly is more qualified than the current management they have on board.I would highly recommend Hector if you're looking to purchase a GMC. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory, cares about his customers and ensures you are completely satisfied even after the transaction is completed.”
