“I went to this location this morning in the pouring rain. Needed windshield wiper blades. Took the recommendation from the salesman. Then can time to ask for assistance putting them on my car. Initially I was informed yes, them the manager said “no” it was raining “Dah “ and they had too many customers. I waited to ask the manager if I could possibly be assisted. She looked at a gentleman who asked what I needed. She said “ oh she wants us to put her wiper blades on” without any hesitation, Tyler( who I learned was a GM) walked to the back of the store, grabbed his raincoat and proceeded to assist me. I was so grateful. He never hesitated although it was pouring rain. I have been a long time customer of O’Rileys. From San Diego to the Bay. The service I received today was epic.
