Was down the street from where I moved, very convenient and I never had any issues getting in or out and management was always available when I called about any questions or concerns. Thank you extra space and thank you John for having me.

Updated 2 weeks later: Turns out the bluetooth isnt reliable. Had to dock a star because the battery died when I need to access the storage at my most important time. Unfortunately it was a Sunday afternoon and And nobody was around to help.
Spoke with John and he provided excellent customer service. Everything about this location is great. The place is easy to get to and is very well maintained. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. Another plus for me, is that I was able to rent my space online and pick out the location. It was soooo easy. My storage unit has a bluetooth lock and it works flawlessly. I also like that I could open the gates with my phone!

I am usually not wanting to leave reviews, but the gentleman that helped me on the phone was literally a godsend!! We are moving this weekend and the place we were moving into didn’t work out as when we went to the property. There was a homeless person in the unit using and smoking and my daughter has asthma so we could not move into the unit. I started panicking and didn’t know what to do because our stuff was ready to move. I went to a different storage company at first and I reserved a 10 x 15 And when I got there, the sales employee started opening up three different doors of smaller units. I said I reserved a 10 x 15 he said yes we don’t have any available of one unit so we’re putting three different units together… Mind you, they were not even next to each! And then I would’ve had to buy three separate locks!! I went with my gut instinct and left and didn’t rent the unit And then that’s when it occurred to me that we live across the street from extra space! I called them and within literally 10 Minutes, The sales employee rented me a unit 10 by 15 FIRST MONTH FREE, Drive up access, Gate hours until 10 PM which the other place was only till 6 PM, And I don’t even have to buy a lock because they have Bluetooth Access to where you just unlock it with your phone! I never had to go into the office and deal with anybody, And the property is spotless! I was having the worst day and I was so stressed out Having to move our whole home into a storage He made everything feel so right! I cannot recommend this enough. Now I see why they have so many good ratings!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
