First of all, they provided exceptional service, they met with me and very clearly understood my vision and created a true masterpiece that was better than any of the references I showed them. I came to Richmond only after the Pinole establishment didn't carry any carnations. After purchasing the flowers I had an interesting conversation with the owner(s). His family has been in business I believe 100 years. There is a lot of history here. He has a colorful background and is a very approachable fellow. The service was really good. Worth returning to. The price was reasonable too.”
