“Unlike the customer service reps on the phone, the folks who work in the Richmond store really know what they're talking about. My advice, don't waste hours on the phone. Although you may pay hundreds for Xfinity TV, Internet and Streaming, your best bet is to kick it old school and go into the store for the best customer experience!”

“Jim is great. He runs Brand-X super professionally and has a deep understanding of network setups and concerns. They piggy back off ATT, so you do have to worry about ATT being spotty and shafting bandwidth lessees, but this is the case with many of the big companies too (many just use the others' infrastructure in a given place). Billing is honest and accurate, and services is second to none. The only reason not to use Brand-X is if you need guaranteed uptime like a business line, but otherwise they're the best in the Bay!”
