Only one unplanned outage in that time, resolved promptly and with little trouble from me as a tech came promptly to replace their equipment.
One planned outage in that time, from 2am-5am so I didn't notice.
Their techs are knowledgeable about networking and generally much more able to help than the ones at larger corporations.
Another thing I'd like to highlight is their excellent customer service. It's possible to reach a human on the phone very quickly and they are usually highly competent. Even more outstanding, it is extremely easy to cancel with them-- at the end of my time with them, I called and had service cancelled before a billing date the next day.”
