“Rick and Sanran at the Berkeley Verizon was just amazing. So lovely and looking out for my best interest financially because I had lost my phone. Then they called through to the Pinole Verizon store and I went over there to pick up the phone because the Berkeley store was out of 16s. They were just lovely as well in pinole. A lovely young woman who was just so patient and lovely and stayed behind the 8 o’clock close time just to finish up my setup. I would recommend these two Verizon stores to everyone.”
“I've been a client for over 15 years and now have LMI on 2 properties. They are absolutely reliable and I have always had great customer service. They're local and the staff who come out and install/troubleshoot are very knowledgable and polite. I always recommend LMI.”

“We have used Unwired LTD for over 10 years now. Paul came over recently to replace a dated antenna component on our rooftop dish. Then he reprogrammed the system to accept the higher bandwidth signal. It went flawlessly and we are now enjoying the speed gains from the new equipment. Sonic has recently flooded our neighborhood with sales techs pushing their fiber optic product. At our place they were politely shown the door. We are quite happy with Unwired Ltd.”
