The Pacific East Mall is a vibrant and diverse hub that offers an authentic Asian experience. With a new owner, staff, and chef, the mall's dim sum is a must-try, but visitors are advised to arrive early to secure seating as it fills up quickly. The mall is particularly popular among the Hong Kong SAR community, providing a wide range of food options and basic necessities. While it may feel a bit claustrophobic, the mall is still a worthwhile destination, especially for those seeking a taste of Asian culture. Additionally, the mall features a Tesla supercharger and several boba shops, making it a convenient and enjoyable stop for both shopping and dining.
Lots of businesses in this mall with unique offerings. A cultural hub. It is a bit dumpy though.

Good place for Asian restaurants, Chinese herbs, and more. There often seems to be a new restaurant opening or getting ready to open. Ranch 99 is the anchor here, selling Asian groceries, produce, prepared food, fresh/ live seafood, name it and they probably have it.
