“I absolutely loved it! The area was peaceful the weather was amazing and all the stores and restaurants are near by. I am definitely going back to do more shopping and I highly recommend this place.”
“Had time to kill while in SF. Hadn't been to Pier 39 for many years so we decided to check it out. There were many new stores to browse through including my favorite a year round Christmas on the pier. The end is now full of games and things for kids to do. Still many candy stores and an Artly Coffee that has robots that made my latte. That was a first. Enjoyed sitting and watching the seals and birds playing for a while.”

Very good Trader Joe's, with very helpful staff as always. Mediocre but large Lucky's, with mediocre prices (produce in particular) and selection. CVS is better than in Berkeley, but surprisingly limited shelf availability. Maybe a sign of the times. A few specialized stores.”
“We had so much fun at Pier 39, the weather was perfect! Our Goldendoodle puppy saw the barking sea lions for the first time and they barked back and forth lol! We even took him inside a photo booth, while they didn't turn out perfectly lol, we now have memories to cherish! The shops and restaurants are endless, I purchased a couple things from Aleenk Technologies and we had lunch at Pier Market restaurant! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Pier 39, for breathtaking views and unique businesses! We parked on the 3rd floor at Pier 39 Parking Garage and it led straight to the Pedestrian Bridge Walkway, the access to Pier 39 shops and restaurants! We are looking forward to returning to check out The Flyer when I'm no longer pregnant! Maybe we'll even add a love lock to the Pier! ;-) SYOY!”
“Visited this area during a short trip and enjoyed the beautiful views and atmosphere. We arrived before 5pm and found that many restaurants were still closed, so it’s better to visit later in the evening if you want food and more activity. Overall, a nice place to walk around and relax.”
“There are a lot of businesses in the Plaza. You can grocery shop, check on or cancel your AT&T phone service if you have them. Get something for your vehicle, grab a bite to eat, etc... large parking lot. Convenient!”

“Lots of great businesses at San Pablo Towne Center, but lots of garbage at the huge parking lot, so there is a need for maintenance to give this place a 5 stars review!”
“Instead of coming here and expecting everything to be expensive, come here and expect high quality. From small cafes and restaurants, to stunning houseplants, and NSF certified cutlery. Parking is everywhere. And I use the big parking lot behind Zut. I also use the 51B bus that ends at the Amtrak Station. The Vivarium is just a block or two away.”
“This place is on a comeback.
They will open a Taco Bell Cantina which will pair nicely alongside the In-n-Out Burger here for some national chain anchors for quick and affordable food.
There are tons of shops, new and old and that replacing vacant storefronts. There is more life and traffic than years past.
All they need are more things to-do and this place will be humming like the old days.
I love running through here on my morning jogs and marathon training. Definitely worth passing through for newcomers to the city and tourists as it's the throughfare between Pier 39 and Aquatic Park/Ghirardelli Square.

“I go out of my way to shop at Hercules Home Depot. The one in El cerrito has day laborers everywhere and they run up to your car to try to get work. I don't feel safe”
“I went there for some in-n-out food. Crowded and safe with a security guard there. Don't leave anything in your car ever.l (even if it is hidden do not leave a thing).”
“This is a very upscale Safeway in North Oakland. There's a deli inside. You can grab a quick lunch or just some pre-made food to go home and have dinner and you don't have to cook. It's clean. There's ample parking. Very nice. Safeway”
“I think they should meet in tge middle of the city center on the 4th of July.... And rally a few dozen patrol Cars 40 bikes a 10 tank like vehicles. Moreover 30 tank like vehicles. And rake Oakland. Till 2am... No arrent but alot of go in and leave our streets clean on this day. The independance of Oakland had nothing to do with what the city has going all nite long...”
“The Montclair Plaza Collective is a new pop-up market, a place for local artisans to build their brands and sell their art directly during the holiday season. It's built around "Slow Food" and "Slow Money" principles. The day I visited I found cool gifts (like bags and purses made from vintage automobile upholstery, and jewelry made from repurposed materials), appealing food items (like locally made granola and a collection of gourmet salts), watercolor paintings of Oakland landmarks, cute kids tee shirts and a newly published photo book about Montclair Village. I was told that almost all items are created within 50 miles -- and most within 10 miles. This is a great find for the holiday season!”

“We went during the Christmas market event and it was very nice. They even had a lama petting booth. During regular times, the mall looks pretty nice with all of its outdoor decor and seating areas.
However, I will never forget parking garage elevator #4. It was the scariest elevator I have ever been on. It opened the doors before stopping, and sometimes it only opened the doors halfway upon arriving to a floor. It also jerked up and down at random times, even when it was stopped at a floor. Also, it smelled like raw fish mixed with other bad odors.”

“Small Asian Mall. Past potential. I go here for groceries and Chinese food. The Vietnamese place in the back is OK. Candy store has a lot of variety. Bathrooms always smell like bleach. Lots of parking soon to be lots of Tesla charging capability. Good Boba shops. Only thing is the Wi-Fi is not that great but I still like going here.”
