I have contacted this location several times about a package that was dropped off here. My client had an associate seal and ship a box, and when it arrived the contents of the package were missing.
I asked for the video footage of them taping the package to prove contents were there, and was told they can’t give that.
I received a voicemail from the store stating they have stuff of mine, but when I called back was told the person who called from their phone doesn’t work there and they have nothing. To date I am out $1,200+ in inventory due to the negligence of this store. A complaint has been filed, and I’m hoping they make it right.

The woman behind the counter was unhelpful and very critical of anything we would say and she took everything that we said as a personal attack on her and her business. Even though we were just trying to help. This store also charges a dollar for a piece of tape unlike the store to the South

Five star is only for their single employee….Cynita was awesome…..she was handling packages as well as live scan single handedly….very awesome, polite and funny…. Store only had one staff but that staff was awesome….

This location is SLOW, in more ways than one if you get my drift. Expect at least 45 minutes to 1 hour in line every visit with only 2-3 people in front of you. Everything is painstakingly slow and the employees take 5x longer to do simple transactions than normal. There were two employees today, with a line wrapped around the store. Only one of them was servicing the line. The other employee would walk away to the back, look at a computer, and walk to the back again ignoring all people in the store. Horrible service. If this is the closest location to you, make the drive to Hercules. It’s worth the gas and drive to avoid this catastrophe of a location.

It has been two weeks since I returned a package to Macy's through this ups store but there have been no updates or acknowledgment that the return is in process. I find it strange that I sent two packages on the same day, but only one has been processed and refunded. I am unsure of the reason for this discrepancy.

I paid for a live scan and about a week passed so I went to check in to see if everything was wrong . I noticed my last name was spelled wrong . I waited one more week because the lady said it might take that long but my employer still did not receive it. I figured she must’ve spelled the agency wrong as well. Although this one is up the street from my house, I went to El cerrito plaza as the man who does live scans there made sure everything was spelled correctly and it was processed the next day. DO NOT GO HERE ! I should get a refund for the hassle they put me through.

I paid for a live scan then the machine did not work. They sent me to another location. I went and the worker would not help me and kept taking mail customers. Even though I arrived before all of those clients. She asked me to come back later because she was going to take all the mail customers. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Different stores have vastly different levels of quality of service. This location was very high quality of service compared to Meeker Ave in Richmond. I’d drive out of my way to get my shipping/notarizing done here.

Wish I had read the reviews before I entered the store...NO STARS, but had to use one to activate the review. Buyers BEWARE as your packages will go missing and never make it to the destination. I had an uneasy feeling when I used the store and now I know why. They will take your money and NOT deliver. Complaint being filed to UPS on this location, what a disgrace!
