“Shout out to Jason, service manager, extremely helpful and completed my prediagnosis. From the time I arrived to completion, Jason was the only employee at the time when I arrived, and was transparent about the wait time. He asked me immediately about my issue and was able to gauge from there what the next steps were. He balanced the service orders with incredible customer service and actually I ended up not having to wait because he did a prediagnosis right there with me. He even found another brand new vehicle in the lot to test and invited me to hear out any sounds I found familiar to the sounds I had in my car. It turned out to be normal and just the EVAP system kicking in. This was for my brand new crown signia. This took a total of maybe 15 minutes. Approachable employee, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable.”
