I don’t understand the point of this bank having 7 employees behind the counter but only two tellers helping people. Every time I come in here it’s the same thing. Waiting in a long line forever just to watch the workers sit there and look at us wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What are they being paid for?

Only dislike is trying to get someone on the line when you call this branch.
