Internet very slow depending how close you are to their towers. They use satellites attached to your building instead of an internet line connected directly to the service. Download speeds for me in buttermilk acres ranged from 5-10mbps download and 5 upload. :(

I don't use any Wells Valley internet I was just there with my worker I didn't even go inside she had to go pay her internet bill I don't use anyone's Valley internet

Love them they work with you when you’re struggling. Allow you to pay months in advance. Never had internet problems. Best customer service ever.
