They literally hate their customers. Since they are the only option in my apartment I now live without internet. You will pay 15x as much for shitty nonfunctional internet. You have been warned.

I can't give 0 stars unfortunately but this is the probably the WORST ISP in all of ridgecrest with their terrible pricing and above all lack of service when you actually need it.
