Nothing this dealership does is worth the stress that they are willing to cause. I have done business with them for years, from the purchase of a new vehicle to getting vehicles serviced and I've brought business to them cause it is a small town dealership and I believed in them. But not anymore. Bought a used Honda from them, with the promise that a certain service would be conducted to clear out a service light. Brought the car in as requested on Monday morning. Car was gone a week and went to another shop. Got it back only to find out the issue was much more major. Made another appointment to get it fixed. Car was gone another week. Came back fixed for 12 hours and it was failing again. Was told to bring it back and it might have to go to another dealership. So, brought it back and was told that he couldn't fix it, that he suggested it to a Honda dealership service. Talked to the dealership and they wanted to trade in vehicle for 4 grand less than signed and refused to fix the faults. Not only can the vehicle not be driven now, but the dealership refuses to try and rectify the situation. I highly suggest anyone considering this dealership to not even think about giving them the business. The cars are way overpriced, the management doesn't have any interest in customer service and not even willing to fix a wrong. If I could, I would give them a zero.

Matt and Nick helped me out in a bind, getting my keyed lug nuts off. My lug nut key got worn down and didn't work anymore, so they helped bring their tool kit to remove the wheels with no damage at my location.Super friendly and professional.

Absolutely horrid communication, does not maintain schedule appointments and completion times. Does not communicate status updates or inform of delays, "sorry we were trying to find a technician who could do the repair." The main recall repair I scheduled for. No, "it is taking linger than er expects." No, "we don't have the parts needed to complete the repair. You'll need to come back." After almost 9 hours of waiting for a promissed 2, 3 max, hours of an appointment.We don't live local and had all three of my kids as young as 2 had to stay at the freedom park for 0730 to 1600. Ridiculous.

I was promised certain things for my 2021 Bronco Sport, such as car detailing, loaner car, etc., all of which I was willing to pay for, by a guy named Kenny, who said it would be free of charge. Then, come to find out, Kenny misrepresented himself, and he was not in the service department at all. When I got the service manager on the phone, I was told that none of that was available, and should never have been offered. I had recently driven across country, and at the very least needed an oil change and tires rotated. There are also two recalls on my vehicle, but this guy Kenny made me back off the dealership. I am based in Lone Pine, so decided to head up to Bishop for regular servicing, but not sure what to do about the recalls.

Took my car in for warranty repair on my engine and they had my vehicle for 7 months n not even 2 months later after they "repaired" it, it's dead again. Plus there's damage to my paint and my front driver side splash guard is ripped to shreds! Someone I know picked up their vehicle after a battery replacement n on their drive home their vehicle caught fire n they are refusing to accept responsibility for it! Avoid at all costs, just put in the extra effort to go somewhere else.EDIT: Matt in the service department is the only exception though, he's a 10/10 no matter what. He puts in EXTRA work to try to make up for whatever unfortunate circumstances have happened. Thanks for putting up with everyone Matt, you're a true hero for that lol.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership's service department has the worst customer service. I took in my vehicle for a possible oil leak and asked, along with the diagnostic, for the oil to be changed and for the engine filter to be replaced. I was told that the car wasn't due for service until December or at 7500 miles. I stated regardless, I would still like to have the oil changed. The "supervisor" told me I was "coming at him" and being "aggressive." Told me to pick up my keys, leave, and take my car to Lancaster. I even offered an apology just in case my tone truly was off, but also asked him, "Why the attitude?" Maybe I shouldn't have asked "why the attitude" because that is when his aggression really started. I was told I was kept "coming at" this individual. No big deal--I will take my business to Lancaster and I will continually tell everyone my experience with this dealership. Diamond Ford in Lancaster has wonderful people and a professional service department who understands our concerns. Take your car there. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet not having my car serviced at the Jim Charlon Ford dealership. If they are not professional at the desk, how do you think they are treating your vehicle? I personally want to extend my gratitude towards this dealership. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showcasing your attitude and kicking me out of the service department. Thank you for telling me to go to another dealership instead of trusting your obviously unprofessional staff. I walked away shocked and upset, but am truly happy for this experience.**Edit- Although I reached out to the owner after they reached out to me, they never called back. I understand being busy, life comes up, business must be done. But let this stand as a testament to your customer service. Once again thank you for turning away my business. I have taken your Service Manager's advice and have been receiving better service elsewhere.

Worst dealership you could possibly buy a car from, they currently have a 2022 Shelby mustang with a $30,000 over the manufactures recommend sticker price. They love screwing over their customers for their own personal greed. This dealership only has a 3.7 star rating also making it a terrible place to do business. To reply to your below comment of trolling, I am not trolling I am merely educating the public of your price gouging. If I was the owner of your dealership the first thing I would do would be to have a meeting with your stupid sales people and tell them stop advertising car sales on Mustang Facebook pages that are not intended for this practice. Again let me educate you on trolling, I am not trolling. When your sales people advertise on social media sites that are not meant for your type of advertising you are going to get responses like I have left on your review page. Your dealership only has a 3.7 star rating which is pretty sad.

Customer service has improved the past couple of years. For a while was declining. I’ve purchased over 5 cars in the past twenty years.
