“I like this Big 5 although others I've been to are equally good. This is a chain that I had forgotten about for years and very pleasantly rediscovered. The staff is always friendly especially at the Ridgecrest location, they were very helpful I came in for some boots and fishing gear. They've got pretty much most things you'd need to enjoy the Sierra or the deset if you're visiting and need gear. And they've got it at good prices.”

“I'm guessing she's a newer employee that kept getting our info incorrect but her manager was there to assist her by communicating with her precisely but respectful. For the manager she'd get a 10/10”
