“I needed a cylinder lock for my storage unit . Unfortunately, the Storage facility where I decided to rent didn’t have any cylinder lock. I had drive to 5185 Hallmark Pkwy to get the lock. The gentleman in the front desk help me out. They are really nice and kind.”

“It’s very rare that you get greeted by name anymore so it was nice to walk in and have Dave be so friendly and welcoming. This was an absolutely easy experience Dave showed me my unit, I wanted something different and he was able to get me changed over to the unit I wanted in just a few minutes. “I have been renting a unit from Mountain Storage for a few years now, and the manager, Lewis, is always willing to answer questions, and is very friendly. First, we had a smaller unit on the inside of one of the buildings, and then we moved to a larger unit on the outside of the building. Both units were clean and affordable. I asked if we could move to a larger unit that was close to the small one we originally had, and Lewis made sure to accommodate us with my request. We have also rented several Uhaul trucks from this location, and the process is always easy. I will continue to rent storage and trucks from this location, and always look forward to seeing Lewis on site!”

I picked up some boxes for cleaning out my garage and Kim even helped bring them to my car. She also gave me a pricing sheet and a coupon. Definitely plan on coming back.
