“Owner and some staff know VWs for sure, and they do good work for the most part, but I had at least one not-so-good result. Brought my Jetta in for fluid leak that was puddling under right-front of my car. They did a bunch of other expensive but needed repairs and said they didn't find any leaking fluid. I was adding coolant daily!? Brought it back later and they replaced a cracked coolant hose that was leaking, which tells me they didn't look closely the first time. I think it depends on what mechanic you get; some are probably better than others. They seem pretty expensive too but most are.”

So I made an appointment With them( they ordered the new one)one week later I show up and the guy at the counter said good morning mr. Boyle ( I was shocked never seen him before)he shows me the new heveyduty bumper hitch they started working on it,vary, vary professional.Did a great job I was out of there in one and half hrs. it's been about 50 years since I've had a great experience dealing extremely professional and very Knowledgeable(I'm over 80) company thing from spray on bed liners to bed cover this may sound like a commercial, but it's not.”

“They'll fix it. Long time business. Greg is a genuinely kind guy. They repair speedometers, tachometers and any other type of guage. Including digital ones. Toyota Tacoma with a check engine light for a VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) turns out to be something internal in the instrument cluster (not the sensors on the transmission). Part is discontinued with Toyota. Guess who can fix it. Greg at Commercial Speedometer. Took about a week. $240. No more check engine light. Thank you Commercial Speedometer!”

“This review is late and I apologize to Caliber Collision because of it. From the time I brought my car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up, the employees provided excellent customer service. In particular, Lizz Kampfraat put “service” back into “customer service.” She greeted me when I came in and made a frustrating and stressful situation less so and bearable. Lizz explained the process of repairing the vehicle, handling the insurance, and car rental. I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She asked if I needed a ride to the car rental or home. I declined and decided to walk the mile to my house. While walking home, I was singing Bob Marley’s song, “Don’t Worry about a thing, cause every little thing is going to be alright.” As promised, she kept me up to date on each phase of the car repair. When the vehicle was ready for pick up and inspection, she offered to have me picked up. From beginning to end, Lizz provided customer service, something that can be rare these days.”
