When the replacement arrived, they installed the new box and took time to teach us how to install and uninstall it ourselves. They also offered helpful tips and tricks for keeping the box securely attached to the roof rack, which gave us more confidence and peace of mind for when we use this on our next road trip.

“Years ago my car was broken into in Fresno & I was referred to Caliber Collision to have my broken window replaced. The staff there (Angie!) was very courteous & kind and the work they did was timely & so excellent I felt blessed to have been led to them.

Progressive Insurance accepted responsibility right away and referred me to my neighborhood Caliber Collision on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael. I took the vehicle in for an estimate to replace the two doors and was given a reasonable price. The service writer, Liz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She informed me that she would order my doors and call me when they became available. As soon as the doors arrived within two weeks, she called with a time to drop off my vehicle and also had a rental car reserved for me paid by Progressive. She also had a driver for me to take me to the rental company. My vehicle was repaired, painted, and all sensors were calibrated in three business days! Got into an accident that did some damage to the front of my car. Having recently moved here, I luckily found Trino's Auto Body and was able to bring my car in for assessment the same day of the accident.

Jonathan was very professional and gave a very detailed assessment and pointed out all damages along with a quote for replacement parts and labor so there were no surprises. He was able to get some parts discounted and all the parts arrived in 2-3 days.

A little under 2 weeks after dropping off my car, the repairs were finished and my car appeared good as new. Paint job was immaculate and they even helped clean the interior that I was not expecting. Would definitely recommend Trino's Auto Body!”

The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise.
