“I highly recommend Trino's. In regards to what you get, my car looks like it came off the lot. It's perfect and I can't ask for anything more in regards to quality of work. They (I mostly worked with Alex (Alejandro)). He was incredibly easy to work with and explained everything simply. He worked with his boss to get me a cash discount on my personal repairs and he also worked with my insurance company to make sure the deductible stayed at $1000. Luckily I was not in a rush to get my car back, but they kept it under 4 weeks to finish a fender bender and a side swipe along the entire side of my truck so I feel like that was pretty fast. Overall 5 stars in regards to quality of work, customer service, and cost.”

“Although I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop for new tires, they were very efficient in completing the work. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy. One customer brought lunch for the entire staff. It was apparent that customers like doing business there. It was an impressive experience in seeing how people respond to being treated as a valued customer.”

“I crunched the tail gate on my classic 1989 VW Westfalia. Finding another tailgate is hard enough. When I picked my VW up today I was stunned speechless. “This center, located at 5851 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, not only did an awesome job on my car, but also did it fast! The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise. And our car was good as new, washed and vacuumed! We are completely satisfied with their impeccable work, competency, customer friendly service and professionalism. If you need your car to be well taken care of - this is the place to go. I know, they will be changing their location. Maybe they will provide the new address in a comment.”

“There aren't enough stars in the rating system to adequately express my over-the-top satisfaction with Mano and everyone at Carstar Capitol Collision Center who had anything to do with the repair of my vehicle. The physical facility is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very welcoming, with complimentary refreshments. I was treated like the most important person in the world, kept apprised of the status of my repairs, and the work was completed exactly when they predicted (unheard of in my prior experience with other repair facilities). They did a fabulous job on the repairs and my vehicle is beautiful again. And they went above and beyond, which I'll explain. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle in 2023, I picked up a rock chip to my hood. I bought the exact matching paint from the dealer and attempted to fix the chip myself. As careful as I thought I was being, I totally botched the job and it has absolutely driven me crazy that my beautiful brand new car, which I treat with kid gloves and is still perfect in every other respect, had this horrible patch job in a prominent location on the hood. I didn't realize it at the time I picked up my car, but the next morning while washing it, I was flabbergasted to see that my botched rock chip repair was completely gone...nowhere to be found on my hood. And there was no cosmetic damage to my hood that required any work. Somehow, though, they worked some incredible magic and my car now looks exactly like it did the day I drove it off the showroom floor. Thank you to all the magicians at Carstar Capitol Collision Center. You're the absolute BEST!!!”

“I brought my 2019 Tiguan into Kombi Haus in Sacramento expecting the usual runaround, and instead I got something rare: real integrity.
Their team ran a thorough, detailed diagnostic on my car and found some issues that easily could have turned into an expensive laundry list of repairs. Instead of pushing me down that road, they sat down with me and had an honest, no-pressure conversation about the bigger picture — including telling me that, given the car's condition, trading it in might actually be the smarter move financially rather than sinking money into repairs.
That kind of honesty is incredibly hard to find in the auto repair world. It would have been so easy for them to just run up the bill, and instead they prioritized what was actually best for me as a customer. It's clear they care about building trust and long-term relationships, not just squeezing out a one-time repair invoice.

Called Ultra truck works and they got me in the next day.
