“These guys were so good despite the stress and expense that comes with dealing with a car accident and dealing with the Tesla insurance. I hate Tesla insurance I don’t recommend anyone ever getting it. Waiting for the Tesla parts and firing my previous mechanic shop that was going to do the insurance work was a set back and very frustrating. Luckily I found Capital collision and the service was excellent. Rebecca was great she was attentive, communicative, and really helped ease my anxiety. It was a bad experience, waiting for the parts with Tesla cars, but capital collision made it as easy as it could possibly be. Thanks again highly recommend them.”

“Great store with a great inventory and an even greater staff. I can't recall the name of the man who helped me out but he was a young man who was able to replace my car battery with no problem. He was very quick to get me checked out and swap out the battery. I was expecting this whole endeavor to take about an hour but it ended up only being about 10 mins total. The entire staff was friendly and helped out the other customers in the store as well as myself. Overall this was the best experience I've had at a parts store!”
