Marco especially was a huge help throughout the process. When my insurance company was playing games and making things more difficult, he really stepped up, helped keep things moving, and made sure I was not left in the dark. That kind of support means a lot when you are already dealing with the stress of a serious accident.

Got into an accident that did some damage to the front of my car. Having recently moved here, I luckily found Trino's Auto Body and was able to bring my car in for assessment the same day of the accident.
Jonathan was very professional and gave a very detailed assessment and pointed out all damages along with a quote for replacement parts and labor so there were no surprises. He was able to get some parts discounted and all the parts arrived in 2-3 days.
A little under 2 weeks after dropping off my car, the repairs were finished and my car appeared good as new. Paint job was immaculate and they even helped clean the interior that I was not expecting. Would definitely recommend Trino's Auto Body!”

“Today I was on my way to Les Schwab on Fulton to fix a nail in my tire unfortunately on my way there I lost all pressure and had to pull off into the Caliber lot. I was stressed to say the least and needed to get my spare on to make it the one more block to Les Schwab. I was out of my depth to try to change the tire and walked in to Caliber to see if anyone could possibly help me. Thankfully I was greeted by Nick and he jumped into action. He was extremely helpful and changed my tire for me even knowing it was pulling him away from his own work and I had to business to bring them. I will forever be grateful for his kind help and will always remember this location should I ever need work done in the future.”

“This center, located at 5851 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, not only did an awesome job on my car, but also did it fast! The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise. And our car was good as new, washed and vacuumed! We are completely satisfied with their impeccable work, competency, customer friendly service and professionalism. If you need your car to be well taken care of - this is the place to go. I know, they will be changing their location. Maybe they will provide the new address in a comment.”

“So what can I say about Red Star that hasn’t already been said many many times before their service from their customer interaction to how they handled my vehicle to the end all product.
I dropped off my 2001 Mercedes E 55 to get the bumpers and my side mirrors painted keep in mind how old this vehicle is and the paint damn near match perfectly. I would recommend Red Star auto Works every time to handle anything that has to do with my personal vehicles to my family‘s vehicles.

“I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision and especially Yadi. I was already super frustrated and stressed out dealing with my car situation, but they made the entire process so easy from start to finish.
Yadi was amazing to work with. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made me feel like everything was under control when I definitely wasn’t feeling that way myself. The customer service was incredible, and when I got my car back, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. You would never know my car had been through anything.
What could have been a really stressful experience ended up being surprisingly smooth because of their team. They worked with me every step of the way and made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.

“Although I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop for new tires, they were very efficient in completing the work. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy. One customer brought lunch for the entire staff. It was apparent that customers like doing business there. It was an impressive experience in seeing how people respond to being treated as a valued customer.”
“We have used DBP several times and each time our vehicles have come back looking like new. Their estimates are specific and any changes cleared via phone immediately. Estimated time of repairs has always been right on. They work well with our insurance company and facilitate a rental car pickup at their shop. “I came here to buy a headlight bulb after noticing it was out. I didn't know what size I needed, so the cashier Jake kindly offered to look up the size for my car and gave me different options. I then mentioned that I was going to ask someone to change out the bulb for me since I didn't know how, and he offered to change it since the store wasn't too busy at the moment and another associate was there. I totally wasn't expecting that for no extra charge. I wish I had cash on me to give him a tip, but he said he was just happy to help. So the least I could do is leave a positive review for Jake. “We had such a great experience at Rack N Road. Our skybox broke, and their team went above and beyond to help us.
They helped us get the box open, walked us thru the warranty process, and handled filing the claim. They didn’t just submit the paperwork— they went to bat for us and communicated with the manufacturer directly on our behalf!
When the replacement arrived, they installed the new box and took time to teach us how to install and uninstall it ourselves. They also offered helpful tips and tricks for keeping the box securely attached to the roof rack, which gave us more confidence and peace of mind for when we use this on our next road trip.
Every employee we interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative. They kept us updated clearly and often while we waited to hear back from the manufacturer, which was so appreciated.
