“I have rented from this location before and really had a great experience here. This time when I rented, I could not get the padlock on the back unlocked. I drove the truck to the office and the employee that ended up checking the truck back in later that day just yanked it open for us! Thank you! And with a smile the whole time! I also appreciated that the vehicle could be returned even on non-business days — that’s extremely convenient. The truck was in good working condition, and everything operated the way it should. There was a little bit of leftover trash inside, but it didn’t affect my overall impression. Ryder does a great job, and I would definitely rent from them again.”
