“Everyone here is great. I bought a New Holland 25 from Rick. He spent his time and answered all my questions. He delivered it to my property and went into great detail on how everything works. This was amazing since it was my first time ever on a tractor. Then I broke a shear bolt. I called Rick he sent me 3 for free. I forgot what type of fuel goes in my tractor, I called Dolk Tractor and spoke to Dave, he told me and didnt laugh at my stupid question. On the same day, I got some kind of noise from my implament. I called Dave, he had me send him a video of the issue. He called me back and told me he is sending some to look at the issue. I am a life time loyal customer. I need more implaments and may even need a larger tractor. I will not go anywhere else. The team at Dolk are the best.”
