“Was having issues with my former bank, decided to go with bank of Stockton as my employer banks with them and recommended them. I walked in immediately, was greeted Miss Mary Taylor sat me down and walk me through all the steps and different packages; They offered through their checking and savings accounts. I was also shown how to set up my mobile checking app and all its features. Miss Mary had me out the door with a new debit card in 15 minutes. Could not be happier with the service at this location.”

“My Bank for 14 years now. Employees allows very friendly, and helpful.
My only complaint is the ATM machine is a real problem for some of us customers there.
When we needs to get funds out of our accounts most of the time it won't accept our cards, like when I can't go into the Bank when it's closed, then I have no access to my funds.
I was told by a teller at my Bank that I would have go somewhere else to use a 🏧 that's wrong because then I would be charged a withdrawal fee.”

“I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 30 years. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the staff here. I don't know what the other people's problems were that posted several years ago, but they need to get a life and realize this is a credit union NOT a bank, and is not there to cash (make change) for your probably counterfeit bills -- especially when your not a client. All I can say is the staff has always been very professional and extremely knowledgeable.OH AND BY THE WAY, I HAVE NEVER WAITED IN LINE FOR MORE THAN SAY 2-3 MINUTES .... SO ANOTHER REVIEWER WHO STATED HE WAITED FOR 12 MINUTES --- BOLOGNA !! HE MUST HAVE MISTAKENLY BEEN AT A B OF A OR WELLS FARGO.”
