“I used to come home from work around 245 to 3am... One night while making a left on to Davidson, I noticed someone with long hair on a brown horse, brown saddle and all . It was a quick second , had to focus on the road. I tried to convince myself that it might’ve been an officer on patrol on a horse but I’ve never seen APD on horseback’s at 3 am. . I’m not crazy I know what I saw.”

“I have been going here all my adult life, my mom worked for the county and that’s how I got it (u use to have to be referred). All my children now have accounts here, car loans here, we have moved with them, had their name changed with them, etc. I honestly feel they’re part of our family. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I have had employees go above and beyond on many occasions. I do not particularly like this current location (BUT I love the current employees in there at Century Blvd) however I do much of my banking through the app?. You all are doing a great job and I appreciate each one if you!???”
“They're okay for a credit union. They can't be reached by phone, so that's annoying. If you leave a CD they won't make it right, they gave a .09% after we had a 4.5, and the rate now is 5.5%! Really upset about this! Then we took it out to get the 5.5%, and they charged over $400.00. Then we got a letter apologizing for their mistake BUT NO OFFER OF MY $400.00 PLUS BACK!! SICK”
“I've always had prompt, courteous service. Biggest issue is the branch is too small to accommodate the volume of people, especially at the end/beginning of the month. Wish they were open more hours.”

“Received great customer service on 11/16/24-Sat from teller Swastika. Had to get $40 in one dollar bills to insert in a bday card. I’ve done this in the past & get whatever dollar bills the teller hands me but not this time. Swastika made sure each dollar was nice & crisp :)”
