“I can always get the car doo-dad I need. On top of that, the staff is genuinely nice. Alexander and Mr. Serrano go above and beyond to help us out. Me, my husband, and my 21 yr old daughter have gone in separately on multiple occasions and we can always expect friendly help with zero "mansplaining". Even when I have been legit dippy (like the time I came in to return a battery core without the receipt), they have been super kind and genuinely watched out for my best interests. Gotta have a car, so I gotta get car stuff, but dealing with the staff at Ripon O'Reilly's makes it a great experience. The whole family appreciates their "good neighbor" customer service.”

Our salesperson, Jose, sat and talked with us about our lives, what we needed in a car and suggested a few models that would provide what we were looking for. Then I test drove 3 different cars and chose the Crosstrek. He gave me a price and asked me if I wanted to sleep on it and come back in the morning and he would honor the price he quoted. I've never had an offer like that. So I took my time, did some research , and got the car I wanted with all the features I wanted and even got the color I wanted. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I would recommend checking them out if you're shopping for a car.”

“WOW! Where to start! I am and still am blown away by the help, level of customer service and friendliness' that this shop has. I was referred to Kevin and his shop by Chris @ Ca Auto. I will admit I was a bit nervous and I didn't want to have one get over on me and be honest with what the issue was with my car. I was treated with the utmost respect! I can't emphasize that enough. I explained to Kevin what the issue was over the phone and he knew exactly what it was and was able to get me in that afternoon. Unfortunately, I wouldn't have a ride if I dropped my car off at that time so he allowed me to bring it the next day at 8am. He had given me a loose quote over the phone with the best and worst case scenario. Thankfully to expertise and knowledge I walked away with the best scenario and a huge relief. “On the day of my service appointment, I met Mr. Austin, who was fantastic. He patiently answered all my questions and listened to my concerns about the strange noise coming from the van. He clearly explained what the team would be doing during the service, and a couple of hours later he called me with an update, shared the root cause, and let me know it had been fixed. I had a leaking windshield in my 2000 Suburban and told Vik there may be rust underneath the glass that needs repairing. I also wanted other body work done as well. Vik quoted my a very fair price and even met me over the weekend to drop my vehicle off. All work was completed within 4 days and the workmanship was outstanding. “I brought my 2014 Honda Civic to Tire and Wheel Center to get a wheel alignment and a tie rod kit installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. What really impressed me is that for the last five years, I’ve been going from shop to shop trying to get my alignment done correctly and nobody could ever get it right
