“I called the staff the same day my windshield got a a big crack and they set an in-shop appointment for 2 days out for windshield and calibration, while other places only had availability 2 weeks out. They also contacted and connected me with AAA on the same phone call to open a claim so I just had to pay my deductible. I dropped my car off the day of the appt. at 8 am and it was ready by 10 am. The staff are nice, welcoming, and make the process super simple.”

I contacted my auto insurance to get the windshield repaired.
My insurance, Allstate, recommended Safelite for the windshield repair service. After making my initial service appointment, I was greeted courteously & professionally. The Technician inspected the windshield damage & advised me that base on the size of the damage the windshield could only be replaced & was given a time frame of the work completion. While I waited, the work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner?
To say the least, I was greatly satisfied with the quick service work Safelite performed on my vehicle.?”
