“This location on Prescott, the Hatch location in Ceres and the Grocery Outlet in Manteca are Fantastic. I previously worked at two Grocery Outlets as well and the Company blessed me in 2012 with $1000.00 to stay home and take care of my mother when she was diagnosed with Lung cancer. The company, Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is debt free. Not many companies can say that. They go all over to buy products for all of us as customers to get us the best deals. Nothing is expired ever and they have vendors who partner with Grocery Outlet like Sara Lee , Bimbo and more. I am not paid to say this and I can tell you that, previously working at two Grocery Outlets changed my perspective greatly about the company and who they choose as there candidates for Owner/Operators. Excellence is in everything they are shooting for and trying to achieve. Everytime you walk into the Grocery Outlet in Manteca or Grocery Outlet in Modesto on Prescott or the newest Location on Hatch Rd in Ceres. Always know that the Owners/Operators work very hard everyday to make sure your getting the best deals.”
“My daughter and I shop Dollartree weekly! My top picks are McHenry ave at Leveland, and Carver Road! We are greeted when we walk through the door with smiles! The workers are actually happy to see us back each week! Managers John, and Joy are the best! They treat us with kindness and respect, and have become our friends! “The staff here are all awesome and friendly. Pet friendly which is fantastic for my two fur babies that I take in with me from time to time. This is my #1 go to on the West side of Modesto for any time of the day snacks among other products they provide. Thank you and hats off to the wonderful staff here. “I like that Dollar tree has inexpensive holiday decor but I'm sad everything has jumped from$1 to $1.25 to $1.50 within a short time and that over 1/2 the stuff is actually between $3 - $7 now. There's still a lot of stuff that isn't worth more than $1 but now it's $1.50. As far as the franchise, the local ones are cleaner and better organized than some I've seen. But if they're going to keep raising prices, they should raise the quantity end quality of things, too, including the staff (maybe uniforms and personal hygiene standards). 20 aspirin for $1 wasn't bad but at $1.50 it's more expensive than Walmart. But unlike Walmart, they have a good selection of red bows and inexpensive xmas options.”

“Ice creams are good and are cold and fresh they got the popular ice cream of fruits with other Japanese, korea and China snacks. They sell food like tacos, burgers, corn dogs, drinks etc. And even clothes, hats, backpacks, boots, I recommend to get the frozen candys they chewing and full of favor. And the ice creams. and the food there is so bomb/good for a cheap price.”

“I like the one located downtown by taco bell. Its always well stocked and the employees r very helpful and courteous.i give the 5stars 2the young man that works evenings.hes fast patient greets u when u walk in.great service. “Picked up a couple snacks and stuff here including the new blackberry dr.pepper which was delicious. The lady up front was so incredibly nice. She helped the woman in front of me with baby shower gift ideas and you can tell the customer truly valued her opinion. Then when it was my turn to check out we had a small chat about the different flavors of the Dr. Peppers. This woman truly deserves a raise as she found a unique way to enlighten everyone's time here”
“Very friendly staff and you can find notions that you can't find that other Dollar tree stores, such as wine. Not that I am a wino or connoisseur, but it is very reasonably priced and accessible. I found many other items that I did not find it other locations.”

The Dollar Tree next to Ride Aid is opened.

“Went to the store in escalon, on Tuesday Sept. 26. I used to go often. There are carts filled with msde. Self serve, checkout was closed. 1 cashier, there was msde. by the front register, why was the cashier not working on the freight that was there. 2 young men towards the back working the freight, then 1 left. Cases of water left outside. I'm not sure what happened, but it never looked like this. Terrible. Won't be back.”

“I was visiting from NJ, where we have several DGs. However we do not have a DG Market where I live. I was pleasantly supposed to see how bug it was. It was really stocked which i loved. They had exactly what I was looking for and the cashier was great. This is for the Modesto DG on Tully Road.”
“This is a fun store to brose for things you forgot you needed , and for a very good price. It's a treasure hunt. It's rediculous to pay full price for many things you can pick up at Goodwill for next to nothing. I have really noticed a difference in how many people are shopping thrift and consignment stores these days. Who doesn't like a good bargain .”
