Mike was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions. After making up my mind, I returned to the store before flying back home to purchase a Sebo vacuum from him. Mike arranged for it to be shipped directly from his store, and it arrived on time without any issues. Thank you, Mike, for the outstanding service!”

I had a return issue and couldn’t get the barcode to scan, but Itzely handled it like a pro even while helping two other customers at the same time. It was clear the store was short-staffed, phones ringing off the hook, yet she stayed calm, focused, and genuinely kind through it all. She wrapped up our transaction with a warm “thank you for coming, have a great day” and it felt sincere.
If she’s not already the store manager, she absolutely should be. Her professionalism, patience, and ownership under pressure are unmatched. As a contractor who shops at Lowe’s every other day, I’ve had my share of experiences—and this one deserves to be recognized. Shoutout to Itzely for being a true rockstar! ????”
