“Today, May 26th, I spoke with an employee named Joseph. He assisted me very kindly and explained the process for ordering a replacement key for my 2018 Toyota Camry with great clarity. Afterward, I decided to visit the store in person to show him the old key I was currently using. He helped me expedite the process so I could receive my new key sooner—by placing the order online—and even helped me make a minor repair to my old key so that I could continue using it in the meantime, until the new one arrives. This young man performs his job exceptionally well; he is both very helpful and very polite. I was extremely pleased with this experience, as you rarely encounter people as wonderful as him.”

“Amazing help today at this Ace Hardware. I had to replace the valves in my shower in a 70 year old house. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but Michael in the plumbing department knew what I needed and how to do the job. It took 2 trips. 1 for the tool to remove the valves and the 2nd to take my old valve in and get the replacement. All in all I spent less time getting the job done than I spent at the other Hardware store in town just trying to get help.”

“I believe Sarah was the cashier who assisted me a couple of nights ago. Oh my gosh, what a delightful woman! She had longish blonde hair, I believe. When I asked her how long she had been working there, I remember her saying somewhere around 7 years? I was pretty tired so I don't remember the details. To be honest, I always get very good service at Harbor Freight, but my experience with this super friendly, bubbly lady was really over the top awesome! Give that woman a raise!”

“We had a very positive experience with Emilio’s Tools. Initially, we visited the store to purchase a propane stove, but we returned due to a faulty unit. “Killer deals, I've been renting for 50 years and the construction industry. Most of my tools are snap on, but I have a lot of harbor freight, big wrenches. I have literally pounded on them with fifteen pound sledgehammers, and never broke one pretty amazing for a twenty dollar tool”

My contractor Dave Hawkins (Highland Painting), will be painting the exterior my home, and referred me to Dunn Edwards in Modesto to select a solid stain for my home in Twain Harte!
