“I placed an order for some Christmas cards. When I place the order on Wednesday I had received an estimate that they would be ready on saturday. I then received a call on Friday from someone in the photo department named Cynthia M letting me know that unfortunately their machine was down. She was so kind and apologetic and very helpful. You could tell in her voice that she was genuine and very empathetic in this situation especially with the holiday season going on. I really appreciated that she personally reached out to me as a customer to let me know if the situation going on at the store and offering Solutions.”
“This is the best Walgreens location. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. I once had to inquire at the pharmacy about a lotion that would be helpful for a bee sting because a bee flew in my car and stung my middle son..and they helped me quickly and efficiently! You could tell they cared about my son and wanted to help right away! For all my makeup needs, they are always stocked on my go to's. I am a frugal woman and so I only buy drug store makeup and they have a great selection! This location is sooo much better than Manteca. Every time I go into the Manteca, I'm stared at like people have never seen a human being before. It's super frustrating and it's not the cleanest location. That's why I really appreciate Ripon's location!”
