Every project that they've done for me has been great quality and with a fast turnaround. I know there's other sign shops in Manteca, but if you want the entire package, Signarama is the way to go! I've tried a few other spots in the area before Signarama and was not happy with their work or how they talk to customers. So, for your next project, make sure you call Zoe or Marissa, at Signarama. Arielle was so helpful. Best customer support and service I have ever received from any UPS store. I did 2 amazon returns and I thought I was going to be there longer since it was already getting busy and the lines of customers were starting to get long. She helped me buy a box for one of my items and printed out my label. I didn’t know the size of the box I needed and I was going to package the item myself and get back in line afterwards, but she told me to bring the item in from my car and help package it for me. I noticed she helped the customer behind me when I was getting my packages in my car. She has amazing time management. I was out of there in 5 minutes with the help she gave and customers did not wait too long in line.”

I’m kinda slow when it comes to my phone lol, she helped me save documents and send it to her to print. Good customer service is top notch for any business, and I've always been helped with anything I may need at Staples, most recently by Rene who walked me through a simple procedure to get my new computer talking with my older printer. All the rabbit holes I had been down over the last week were dead ends and Rene had the simple solution that made my day. Stock and supply is one thing, but employees with answers is golden.
