“Great service from beginning to end. Zoe and Marissa are always very friendly and helpful. When I ask them for a quote, they always get back to me quick and with a good price. Every project that they've done for me has been great quality and with a fast turnaround. I know there's other sign shops in Manteca, but if you want the entire package, Signarama is the way to go! I've tried a few other spots in the area before Signarama and was not happy with their work or how they talk to customers. So, for your next project, make sure you call Zoe or Marissa, at Signarama. You will not regret it. Pablo”

“10/10 to the you man running the return counter alone last night. Handling a long line is hard enough, but your ability to calmly de-escalate an angry customer kept the whole line more at ease. Outstanding customer service under real pressure. Management, however, earns a 4-star rating. Frontline workers don't set staffing schedules, yet they take the brunt of customer frustration when lines get long. Support your staff with the hours and backup they need to succeed. Especially during peak rush hours at the end of the work day. It isn't fair for frontline workers to be the punching bag for company scheduling decisions. Please give this team member the recognition and support they deserve.”

“Today I went into the store to return a few things and was helped by Luis.I hope I’m spelling the name rt. My gosh he was phenomenal awesome customer service a delight to talk to regarding issues on why I was returning very informative. Luis is the type of customer representative we need in today’s world with such negativity and rudeness. Luis was opposite upbeat friendly and very positive in the way he carried on a conversation and his personality which I loved”
