“Purchased a toy from them almost 2 years ago now and both I and my daughter love riding it around the park to this day. They have a good eye for great quality products and seem to offer more for less than other companies. I had originally planned on going with an Amazon product, but after reviewing the Amazon sellers warranty and after sales reviews decided to go with BigToysDirect instead. Spent over $300 on our toy and are still able to reach out for technical support and assistance to them even now , 2 years later. We appreciate their help and the fact that they stand behind their product. Their customer service team is extremely professional and the technical support representatives as well. “Pretty cool store, id definitely come into this store expecting things more like comics(which they did have a small corner dedicated too) and other things if the sort. What this store really is, is a Funko store that happens to carry a couple other collectibles. While I don't want to own those figures, it is kind of neat to see so many in one place”
