“I explained my situation to teller she got the manager who asked me to wait at a desk. The manager said give her 10-15 minutes to get information. I waited 30 minutes she never came to talk to me....poor customer service. Another reason to find another bank. Updated- I increased my rating because after I had left about 30 minutes later the manager,Amber, called me apologized for making wait so long, explained why. She gave me some advice on how to deal with my situation. I am working that issue I appreciate her following up and helping...that's good customer service. Thank you”
