The employees also see how hard that can be on some people and the same gentleman rang me up again and again help me walk to my car across the parking lot with all my stuff because I couldn't take the cart outside. “Just wanted to say thank you to the cashier Carrie at the Mc Henry location. I had just finished going through her line when I realized I had left my atm card at home. She was so sweet and put everything aside for me till my husband could arrive with my atm card. Then, she had to ring everything back up and bag it all once again. $80.00 dollars worth of stuff I felt horrible!! But she was so sweet from begging to end. Thank you so much Carrie for your wonderful personality and care I hope there is a raise in your future, you deserve it. “This store is refreshing to walk through most days. Once and awhile, shipments come in mid day or mid-shift and employees put away what they can, leaving the rest for the swing shift crew. I notice a good amount of work has been done by all shifts, managers included. A lot of smiles and eye contact. I am impressed, to say the least.”

Its always well stocked and the employees r very helpful and courteous.i give the 5stars 2the young man that works evenings.hes fast patient greets u when u walk in.great service. There's a lady that works that has an attitude and acts bothered if asked something.never smiles and is rude.especially to people that had a lot of stuff and customer uses the coupons.well those take a few min 2 go thru at register.she gets impatient and an attitude.not friendly.but the young man with black hair is a very good employee.”

“When we first moved to the area I would only shop at the local grocery store as it was simply a habit. Unfortunately grocery prices led me to finder cheaper alternatives. I was pleasantly surprised by this dollar general! It is generally well kept and the employees are nice. I only wish that they had replacement stock on hand for some items that tend to run out quickly. My only other recommendation is that the front area could be organized a bit better. Some of the seasonal items get pushed together and hidden in what appears to be clutter. Overall, good place to get necessities!”

“The staff here is always friendly! I really appreciate coming into our home town store and being greeted with smiles and a welcoming hello. I had an issue with a gift card and the supervisor was able to assist me in fixing the problem. I would have to say they made the experience better by fixing the problem. Appreciate the staff!”

“Prices are good.Staff was friendly.Store was stocked well.Fairly clean for the area.The only thing is they have a lot of homeless people hanging out and the area can be quite a bit sketchy. I know a lot of parents lately have been letting their kids run around the store without any intervention from the staff. But that's just bad parenting not the stores fault. But I would suggest it's not very safe in the area if you are by yourself.”

Great experience I wouldn't go after dark the homeless seem to have made a camp in their parking lot, I don't feel safe, windows are constantly being broken. It's boarded up a lot, if you go first thing in the morning.”
