Purchased two refurbished computers from A1. Bob came to our house, set up and installed everything so they were ready to use when he left. A few weeks later, one of the fans in the computers stopped working, so Bob came back to my house that weekend to replace the fan.Excellent communication between A1 and the customer, and excellent customer service from Bob.Thanks for everything!

Y’all need a receptionist cause the person answering doesn’t seem to care. Won’t come here when soft skills are missing. Asking for help in the first place is hard enough. Good luck.

I told you it locks up at whatever % and you recommended to back things up as best I could with it shutting down every 5 minutes. IT WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY OTHER ISSUE I HAD. 2nd phone I even said won't update it get stuck. The only thing you got right is I didn't mention Minecraft.At the end of the day, I'm down $227 and still had the issues. Felt no difference when I checked it in. Frankly, I will rather be refunded that $100 than go with any service. This is a real experience people. Never trust 5-star ratings.CBU STUDENTS BEWARE!2nd Reply: Replying to bob's remark, the windows is still not fixed. It still stuck at 61% when trying to update. Nothing changed (see attached photo. excuse me if it posted twice, Idon't know how yelp works), I still can't install windows Minecraft. My experience so far is Charged $200+ just to pop out the graphics card and run it a temp for 2 hours is ridiculous. Students beware! ORIGINAL: I will give credit, owner was fast to respond but the price did not match the service. If you are a student and it's an emergency, take a deep breath and search for more places. I didn't feel like I got the bare minimum. Over the phone said they "could" save/clean the graphics card or replace the fan but end up just replacing it out of pocket. The key word is could, but that business. Would not recommend.

Bob was extremely helpful and worked very fast! Our business computer was broken and he was able to diagnosis the issue immediately and was able to provider us with a new computer all in the same day. Prices were extremely fair and less expensive than other office in the area. If any other issues arise I will be contacting Bob!

Bob helped with repairing my Girlfriends laptop, the computer had a black screen, he explained to us what he thought might be the problem and was honest and straightforward about wether it would be worth fixing it or just replacing it. He picked up the laptop, let us know that a certain part didnt pass a test and that eventually the part would fail. So we agreed to have the part replaced and decided for it to be worked on overnight, into the next day and that we would pick it up. Overall he had good communication and everything was fairly affordable. Id highly recommend A1 computer service and parts. Our computer/laptop was repaired, works faster, was updated and has a new part that is better than the original. We are satisfied with choosing A1. Thanks Bob

I had an issue with my laptop not booting up correctly. I found A1 Computer Service through a cursory Yelp search and chose them since they had earned multiple five-star reviews recently. I called in about the issue. Bob, the person with whom I spoke, was very patient and courteous. He informed me about what could have caused the booting issue and about the pricing to fix it. He was very prompt in communicating with me the available times I could drop off my laptop. He was able to fix it within a few hours on the next day! He even helped me update some applications on my laptop and optimized it so that it runs faster than before, at no additional cost! Bob was very polite when I met him and very responsive to my questions about my laptop. If I could give more than five stars, I would!Also, PLEASE visit the A1 Computer Service website for details on appointments, services, location etc. BEFORE visiting or even calling.

Drove 30 mins to shop to find out they are open by appt only. Nice. You'll likely be told if you have a crack screen on a touch screen laptop that its not cost effective to repair/replace the screen as the probable cost if replacement including labor is estimated at $400.

Spoke by phone to Bob about a printer problem I am having. Bob mentioned he does not deal with printer problems and I fully expect#d that would be the end of the call. But no! Bob spent quite q while suggesting several ways I could fix te problem myself. This is more than bare-minimum customer service...and I am not even a customer! It is a pleasure to applaud such a business.

I have a touchscreen laptop so when it cracked on the corner I was worried about the prices and if it could be fixed at all. Fortunately for me I found A-1 Computer. I first picked them of course because they have good reviews and they have been in service for more years than other places I had checked out so they were way more knowledgeable as well. My experience with them was 5+ . They respond right away and know what they are talking about and dont tell you a bunch of stuff just to get a client. I truly felt I was being told the best options as well as more than one option so I wasn't stuck . I also told them how I didn't have the funds until after the holidays so they also told me another option that would fix the screen but also save money. I highly recommend this place. The people are very professional and respectful/polite. Very upfront about pricing and how long everything takes. I will continue to go back to them whenever needed.

My work computers motherboard went out. It had my payroll software on it and payroll was due on Wednesday! The back up we had wouldn't work. We turned to Yelp to find someone to help with data recovery at 7pm on Tuesday night. Bob replied immediately! I told him about the bind I was in. He offered to do the work that night! I was able to get him the bad computer within 30 minutes. Bob went to work on it. He called me to go over a few things when he was doing the data transfer. I was able to buy a refurbished tower from him instead of buying a new computer. His wife delivered the computer to me the next day!! I plugged the pc in and was able to process payroll just in time. I couldn't have done it without Bob at A1 Computer Service and Parts. I really appreciate that he was willing to work after hours for an affordable rate. He saved me from having some upset employees. In this time where good service is hard to come by, Bob proved that amazing service still exists. Call him for any computer needs!!!

I cannot thank Bob and A1 computer service enough!!! I am an industrial refrigeration technician and received a service call from one of my customers. When I arrived the plant was down due to the failure of the main control computers power supply. Nothing was open that early in the morning but I searched google and A1 popped up and said they were open (6:30am). I called, Bob answered, told him what I needed and within an hour I had the parts in my hand. I got the plant back up and running and back in production. A1 Computer service literally saved my customer $3.6 MILLION in down time that day!!!! Thank you A1 computer service…you earned yourself a loyal customer!!
