I got call back, even though I didn’t leave a message. He was very helpful with a question I had about Antivirus software. I was surprised to find out that 3rd party software wasn’t even needed with Windows 11. I didn’t realize Microsoft Defender Antivirus was so strong. He spent about 10 minutes advising me.
