Horrible customer service from Jezzy and Jennifer her manager, I went it with a scheduled appointment to potentially open a business account as they have been my personal bank for over 15 years. Jezzy had no clue how to answer our questions and seemed to already be in a bad mood the moment we sat at her station. Jezzy stood at Jennifer's office asking the questions we had about particular forms and jennifer just googled it. Then once Jezzy came back I asked would it be easier for us to speak to your manager directly since it was a lot of information she related she said no sat down. I've come in to this brand multiple times and I have never been treated so poorly. Jennifer as a manager you should have come out of your office, this would have been a great yeavhing moment for your employee rather than sit and sip on your coffee. I really hope this doesn't happen again.

I have been banking with them for many years now , but recently i get the feeling that my business isn't important to them ! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired ! You get conflicting answers to your questions depending on who you talk to ? It seems to me that it is time for management there to make some changes ! Maybe they need to clean house !

Visited Altura for the first time since opening my account. Had a pleasant experience with Wanda, the bank teller who assisted me. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend banking with them.

I recently joined Altura a few weeks ago and I have had nothing but positive experiences here at the Riverside location! The sign up process was a breeze and the Altura app is so easy to use. This location is also very clean, professional, has security, and is full of friendly team members.I highly recommend Altura CU to everyone looking for a great credit union that is hassle-free.

Do not apply for credit cards at Altura! I only applied for a credit card because the bank teller told me it was 12 months zero interest which was a lie!I’m so frustrated with unexplained charges. I’ve spoken to two employees now and it doesn’t add up. Online Purchases charged as “cash advances” and they said it’s the merchants fault and not them, so Altura will not help you. Even though the first employee said it would be fixed after the next statement, it wasn’t.I have never had an issue at CHASE with any credit cards.Also even if you pay your balance off before the due date in multiple payments you still get charged interests fees! Because apparently they charge daily even if it’s before the billing cycle!I wish I would have known and I would have never applied. Save yourself the headache.

We've been banking with Altura CU for almost a decade now and have always had great service. Their staff have consistently been courteous and friendly in the local branches and the few times that I have contacted anyone online or by phone they have always been very helpful. A great local credit union.

James Perez was patient, efficient & rapid with effective, communicative customer service. He was at the front check in & called me in before I could even take a seat. The sitting area was clean & spaced nicely. It was 20 minutes before closing on a Friday & this gentleman was SO calm & collected & so ready to assist! He is the reason for the review. Customer service always means the most & will keep loyal patrons. When my 4 almost teenagers are ready to open their first checking account I will make sure we set appointments with James! I went in for a new debit card since Altura has increased their security in fraud warning systems. Text warning alert is part of the impeccable preventative card fraud service they offer. James got me in & out within 10-15mins. I've been banking with Altura since I was 16yrs old & I am now in my late 30's and have not yet been more moved to write a review for Altura. Thank you, James!

I've been going here for a long time and the woman security is usually really nice but today a man walked out trying to look all threatening and then proceeded to go to the atm machine and pull on it after I left I don't know who y'all are hiring but he made me feel very uncomfortable and it sucks that this is the closest location

Yazz or whatever her name is some skinny hood thot making banking hard for me to deposit money when every other worker helps me no problem . Then gossiping with her co worker next to her but then doesn’t keep the same energy when confronted . They should fire her send her back to the strip pub where she belongs

Will be keeping my money in a safe from now on, had a medical facility bill me 58 which Altura refused to return to my checking because it was a pin chip transaction? They've sent me a letter letting me know that they have concluded the investigation and could do nothing about it, will only be keeping at most 100 dollars in my account with them for gas as that's all they're trustworthy with, I only say this because my gf has an account as well and she had a charge from the same medical facility, something seems fishy, also very common to receive other members mail with their account numbers and everything included, I even received a letter deeply apologizing as they accidentally sent me another members bank statement and sent them mine, definitely learned my lesson after this incident be careful with these thieves, I've had 2 other mutual friends tell me they had the same problem in terms of random charges but usually it's fixed, I've had this bank since I was 18 now I'm 25 and this is the first time I've had issues like this, I was recommended to just do a credit karma spending and savings account completely free and honestly it only took me a few minutes to set up, they offer everything a bank can offer for free so why not ✌️
