Mark was super helpful, very competent, and was the main factor in keeping us from switching from AT & T internet to Starlink. We were so frustrated with trying to deal with the telephone troubleshooting system. It was so nice to speak to a real human in person and get some help. Mark did an excellent job.

Yes the att store at central plaza didn't wat to help me which they could of they sent me to tyler att even after on r plan we bought another phone also they lied they said they close at 9pm very disappointed with central plaza att! Thank you to tyler att very helpful an professional
