“Usually quick and friendly unloads.Truck entrance is on Agua Mansa at the south west corner of the yard.Lots of overnight parking on Holly Street, and while it is only one lane for a short distance, it does connect out to Wilson Street back to Agua Mansa. Limited turnaround options, have to plan ahead and come in the direction you want, or back into a driveway or something.”
“Went to deliver a load of lumber. GPS takes you in the front of the facility, but the entrance for delivery is on the side if the facility. Good thing that they have big sign installed for direction. Just get in there and wait for someone to approch your truck or waiver you in.”

“Thank you to the team in the key-cutting department! Yesterday, Mr. Willam and his team were able to recut my new keys after the keys were miscut from the self-Keyhero machine. I'm sure they could have refused to correct the issue which would have required me to submit a request for a refund by calling the 1-800 number. Update- I called the company, apparently it was the installers that had picked out the slabs, pacific depot was very understanding and helped resolve the issue. Great customer service and company would definitely recommend.”
