I now work at Home Depot in the tools n hardware department and frequently refer customers looking for metal products that we don't carry to K & H Metals for their project needs.”

“My husband found Mason's via an ad on Instagram, so he contacted them. They answered all of our questions about a tractor they had on special and we set up a day to go and see it. They were incredibly friendly and showed us everything about the tractor. Zero pressure for us to buy it. This was our first tractor purchase and had no idea about the Ag Tax (we raise meat steers) and they totally helped us out with that. We did the deal, no haggling. Super quick and easy process and they delivered next day on time! I would totally recommend Mason's to everyone!”

“Ferguson has over 1300 locations. There are three types of Ferguson: HVAC - I prefer RSD for. Plumbing supplies - the Riverside Location did an A+ Job of helping get the right part for a vessel sink (above the counter), that was not installed right. They have a warehouse in Perris that is huge. Waterworks - all the stuff outside the house, like Clay Pipes. This location is the water works, and they are in the back of the complex. The person I spoke with explained the different sizes of clay pipes and helped figuring out a solution for a headache for a sewer line. A+ Customer Service.”

“I love the customer service at Ace Hardware stores! They have just about everything you might need in hardware items. The only difficulty is in finding it, but that's where the customer service comes in. They'll provide assistance in finding the right item for your needs. Recently, I had three new window screens made for under $100. Not necessarily the least expensive hardware store, but the friendly and personal help they provide is worth it.”

“I absolutely love having AC PRO as apart of our team and family! Robert and JJ go above and beyond the call of duty and takes business personal as do I. ACPRO is completely changing the game on air conditioning distribution and treats you like your important to them, doesn’t matter if you’re buying $10,000 or $10,000,000. I’ve been in business for a LONG time and ACPRO is by far the best distributer period! If you’re debating making the switch just do it, you will not be unhappy. Love the ACPRO team”

“Usually quick and friendly unloads.Truck entrance is on Agua Mansa at the south west corner of the yard.Lots of overnight parking on Holly Street, and while it is only one lane for a short distance, it does connect out to Wilson Street back to Agua Mansa. Limited turnaround options, have to plan ahead and come in the direction you want, or back into a driveway or something.”
6891 Indiana Avenue, Riverside CA 92506
“I have to respectfully disagree about the customer service at the Riverside location. I have been going to this store for years. No matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with respect and patience. They are super efficient and your order is ready within the time frame they give you. They have given me a lot of advice through the years on projects, and I have heard them do the same for others in front of me. Also, you can tell they are very attentive to their customers in the trades and work hard to keep them moving and back to the job. Remember being in the customer service field is not always easy, so try not to judge those that serve us too harshly after just one bad experience.”
