“It's a really big complex of buildings. It's not one unit for shopping. The staff are very friendly and they will direct you to the building your needs are located within. Well stocked plumbing section.
Really good variety of DIY and miscellaneous and stuff. The even have canning supplies. Which are great for storing or sharing sourdough starters.
Picked up two half pint Benjamin Moore paint samples. Fast counter service.”

“I needed a part to repair my push lawn mower that I couldn't find at the big box stores. I brought in the old part and within 5 minutes had a replacement at an extremely fair price. Even showed me the length compared when he brought it out ( important ).The shop has everything you could need or want from parts such as a throttle cable like I needed to chainsaw chain & blades, plus new equipment. They also offer service for repairs. Nice people too. I've found my new go to for lawn equipment repair as this place is phenomenal!! Centrally located near Tyler Mall which is convenient ❤️❤️”

“If you need to buy steel products on regular basis, this is the place to go. I have been buying square tubing different sizes for few years at this location, they have everything I need. The staff are Very friendly and helpful in cutting and loading with a smile, treat them with respect. Free cutting depends on the length, if extra cutting is needed the cost is very reasonable.”
“My husband found Mason's via an ad on Instagram, so he contacted them. They answered all of our questions about a tractor they had on special and we set up a day to go and see it. They were incredibly friendly and showed us everything about the tractor. Zero pressure for us to buy it. This was our first tractor purchase and had no idea about the Ag Tax (we raise meat steers) and they totally helped us out with that. We did the deal, no haggling. “Ferguson has over 1300 locations. There are three types of Ferguson: HVAC - I prefer RSD for. Plumbing supplies - the Riverside Location did an A+ Job of helping get the right part for a vessel sink (above the counter), that was not installed right. They have a warehouse in Perris that is huge. Waterworks - all the stuff outside the house, like Clay Pipes. This location is the water works, and they are in the back of the complex. The person I spoke with explained the different sizes of clay pipes and helped figuring out a solution for a headache for a sewer line. A+ Customer Service.”
