Awesome customer service!! I did not get the young man's name. It was on Jan. 18 at 5:24 pm. He was so very helpful. It was my first time shipping packages out. He took his time to show me. I am very appreciated and thankful for his help.

If this place ever goes out of business, it's because they pay 3-4 people to stand around and talk while 1 or 2 good employees service customers. Their self-service printer is broken. tried to stick around to let them know and was ignored long enough that I just left instead.
