“I had a great experience at Post Box & More DHL FedEx UPS Livescan in Riverside. I came in for employment-related Live Scan fingerprinting and initially walked in around 1:00 PM to set up an appointment for 3:00 PM.
The wait time was minimal, and the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff were professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. They also assisted me with completing the required forms, which made everything much smoother.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern equipment. I also appreciated the transparent pricing with no surprises.
Overall, a very professional and seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this location and would return again if needed.”

“I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this instance warranted it. This location has an employee by the name of Dakota who is freaking awesome. We're going through a lot on our end dealing with a fair amount of red tape and bureaucracy while trying to help a family member who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and found ourselves in a time sensitive situation which required two emergency faxes, which we don't currently have the means to do on our end. I called and Dakota listened to my circumstances and was able to help get things done despite the fact I was pretty frazzed and stressed out. He came through in the clutch and helped us tackle an urgent matter which may very well lead to saving a life, so if Dakota hasn't received a raise yet, it's overdue. The compassion, empathy and patience he showed deserved commendation.
This location has always been top tier. Great managers (I didn't catch the blonde lady's name but she was super helpful too), great employee's (especially Dakota), and just all around a positive experience.”

“I came in with 3 returns (1 amazon, 2 fashion nova) 10 min to closing. The person who assisted me was super fast and patient! I was so nervous since i came in with loose clothes that I would have to pack it myself (fashion nova doesn't cover packing! I knew this going in). But they took the clothes and processed everything with super ease!”

“Just had to give a 5 star for the guy Joshua at the front helping with the Amazon returns. Very cool, sociable guy. Ive came here several times and you can tell he tries. But I will say that it sucks whenever its busy with the regular line and Amazon returns but you dont have the managers helping out. Like come on management, if you see your team members being heckled at by customers but youre just hanging out by the printers, dont you think that you could help out at least 5 customers just to get the line moving? Either way, ive been here several times and Joshua always holds it down no matter how many people are in the line.”

“This little FedEx store will likely surprise you, as it did me.The customer service is fantastic!I went there needing two-sided color flyers printed from files that I had in my phone. However, I wasn't prepared for the cost.The staff and management worked with me to get me some flyers that I could afford without compromising quality. Sure, I didn't get as many as I had originally thought I needed. But I did get enough, and the end result looked great.I learned that sometimes, you've got to leave it to the experts. And things will work out fine.Such is the case with my visit to this FedEx location.I highly recommend!!!”
“Remy was incredibly helpful! I needed to make some Amazon returns, & one was a canopy that had to be packed back into its original box. Instead of charging me for boxes to compensate, because I need every penny as I'm going into surgery shortly & won't have an income, he helped me repack the whole canopy to fit its packaging & box, he was able to help as the store was empty at the time. He did more for me than any other has done. I cannot thank him enough. I even tried to tip him $5, it wasnt much but I was very thankful, he told me to save that with the rest of my money for my surgery. He was such a sweet soul!”

“Came in today to do my TSA Pre-Check, and had fast friendly service. We already filled out the pre-enrollment paperwork online, so when we came in to the store today, our passports were scanned, we were fingerprinted, and pictures our were taken. Maybe 10 minutes total for both my husband and I. As for the rest of the store, we just breezed through, but the store was clean and everyone was friendly.”
