Customer service was 10/10. My tux was perfect. I don't wear baggy clothes so I got fitted for a slim fit tux. I was a bit skeptical about receiving my tux and it being baggy from past experiences. Nathan helped my son and I out at the Riverside location. He was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He Made it super easy to rent my Son’s Prom tux. He was also there when I dropped the tux back off and again super friendly.
