“My son ordered a jacket off Amazon that was a size extra large. He is very skinny and should have ordered a medium. They took measurements and took in the jacket, the shoulders and the sleeves. Before the alterations he was swimming in this jacket. The outcome came out fantastic. The shoulders and sleeves fit him perfectly. His look was so polished after the jacket was altered. The price was very reasonable and affordable. We would definitely recommend for any alterations.”

“I called Friar tux in Riverside needing a black suit for a funeral. I spoke to Roxanne who was incredibly helpful and gracious. She got me set up with everything I needed and was generous enough to provide a discount on my rental due to my unfortunate situation. This was incredibly kind of her and her staff there at the Riverside location. When I picked up my suit everything exceeded my expectations. I will be returning again when the need arises.”

“Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! “Kian was the gentleman that trimmed my beard this was the first trim since I started my beard a couple of weeks ago and the place in the Tyler mall is set up very nice and professional! As I entered, I was greeted and taken in as my appointment was at 5:15 pm Kian asked how I would like it trimmed I told him your the professional I trust you, he did a perfect job to where it I appreciate how it looks like on me!! “My first visit to Men's Wearhouse was nothing short of excellent. As a casual dresser, I initially felt a bit lost, but the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Roxane, turned the experience around. She guided me through choosing two full outfits and facilitated a seamless suit rental. The service was exceptional, and by the end, I couldn't help but agree – I did "like the way I looked." Men's Wearhouse is now my go-to for both casual and formal wear.”
“The Bakersfield store is located just South of the Mall and West of Reading Theater. If you rely solely on Google maps, you will miss the actual parking lot by about 150 yards. Facility boasts two dressing rooms and (shocking) a patron rest room (!) and a HUGE INVENTORY of...e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g 511. This is a REGIONAL STORE, which ships mail orders throughout Central California. Shoes, boots, accessories, packs & pouches, and mens/womens SHIRTS, JEANS, TACTICAL WEAR, JACKETS, COATS & MORE. You do NOT have to be in law enforcement to enjoy legendary 511 quality. NOTE: NO "EMS" PRODUCTS SOLD HERE--our local market will not support same. BUT, you could order online in a couple of different sizes and then PICK UP with benefit of trying on which size worked best. Juan R. and Juliet C. are thoroughly knowledgeable as to all colors, sizes, features, etc. Good staff selling good stuff makes for a pleasing experience. I went the day after Labor day and benefited from 20% off EVERYTHING + "close outs" which sometimes produced 85% total discounting from original price. Because it's a regional store, CLOSE OUTS will usually be available, with the typical, "sizes vary, first come..." Clean, well-lit, stocked to the max, I had both a pleasing and money saving experience. Recommended.”
“This store is just fun! You have to have a sense of humor to enjoy this type of store. If you are up-tight or are a prude, then don't bother going to this place lol You won't like it. Lot's of gags and gimmicks at Spencer's. Fun Knick knacks mixed with pop culture items. You'll find marijuana paraphernalia (it's legal in California so don't hate lol), sex toys and gag gifts, and clothes/ hats too. Some of the gag gifts are just hilarious. There are funny cards for birthdays, weddings and all occasions. You'll find lingerie, piercing jewelry for ears, nose and naval. Employees are usually pretty cool and easy going. The atmosphere is fun and youthful. This is the place to find a funny gag gift for a friend or family member. Sometimes they have pretty cool posters too.”

“The store was Nice and clean. They had the shirts I wanted. See a picture below. The cashier was friendly.
But my only issue was I returned five shirts to my Kohl's charge that didn't fit, yet on my receipt it has a different credit card number on it that is clearly not mine and of course I never received the credit on my account so that's a little disconcerting. I wonder who card she scanned for the credit, well somebody's getting $175 on their card and sure in the hell isn't me.
Other than that it's a great store and great prices.”
“Came here today to get a guayabera for my upcoming wedding. We spoke to the owners daughter who was more than helpful. She showed me the different options, and materials. She was amazing. She made me and my fiancee feel like we were part of her family. My father in law has been coming her for a while. I am surprised that this establishment does not have any reviews. If you are looking for authentic Spanish western wear, or any type of Mexican clothing come here first. They even have an amazing selection of different styles of boots and shoes. I heard they even do some boot and shoe repair!”

“I was heading towards the exit of Tyler small when this storefront caught my eye. Walked in and was warmly greeted by employee Justin. Maybe he was the Manager? Wouldn’t know, he was just super chill. Immediately I was drawn to the IE heart logo hats. Having spent more than half my life in the Inland Empire, I definitely have love for the IE. Never saw it expressed so awesomely though! Left with two hats in color schemes I had never before seen (and I’ve seen a lot of hats) and Justin hooked it up with kindness and care. Even though it’s over half hour from where I live, I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit!”

“Not sure why this place has so many poor reviews- I've always have a good experience coming here... employees are always friendly and greet me when I walk through the door. There's all kinds of blank shirts and Dickies clothing in stock, really big selection! The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is some of the shirts I bought last year were defective- some of the stitching wasn't done right and the shoulders or armpit area of the shirts were coming apart- but it looks like they got a bad batch and I haven't had a problem since. Prices are average, but if you get the 3-for $ deal then you save a bit. Overall, great place for me and my small business...”

“Wow, this place has it all. It can be overwhelming when you first walk in seeing everything everywhere but if you ask the staff for assistance they will help. In my case Reem assisted me and she was lovely. She heard what I had going on, I explained the look I was going for and she easily assisted me in putting jacket, shirt and pants combo together. She took the time to help me put my jacket on and patiently waited for me while I tried the clothes on. I can say just working with her the staff is tentative. They will do in house tailoring to help with waist adjustments and hemming. Even if your look just for a blazer or a tie or bow ties they have the combos here. I absolutely recommend this place.”
