I was in the store in the middle of the afternoon and I needed to sit down for a bit. Instead, I slipped to the floor. Please have more checkers. Long waits are not appropriate for payimg customers. Also remove self checkout. This is not walmart.

I love this kohl's. I would have gave it 5 stars, but I don't like the new register set-up. It reminds me of Burlington and Txmax. I shop at Kohls especially this location because it's always organized. Costumer service is usually friendly, but lately it has been lacking. But I will return.
