Motel 6 Riverside, CA - UCR East is located right by the college in a good location, central to many shopping centers, restaurants, and the Tyler Mall. The rooms are described as small, renovated, clean, and modern with somewhat comfy beds. The property is considered quiet and safe, with security on site. Service is attentive to needs, providing extra pillows and blankets or a late check-out when asked. Clean room services are on time with fresh towels. One front desk employee receives consistent praise for being amazing, thorough, and making everything run smooth. However, experiences vary significantly with the management. The woman that owns the property is described by some as rude, distasteful, and disrespectful, talking down to customers and yelling about policies. Another receptionist is noted as very picky with strict rules: no guests allowed, towels cannot be left on the floor, and no trash can be left. Deposits may be withheld for messes considered excessive. The small grass area for pets is noted as a significant drawback. While generally safe, there was an isolated problem with a transient near the parking lot.
I'm staying there now for a few nights and it's very clean and the bed is nice and big. The cleaning girl was very good and professional and the service was great . I'd stay longer but LA is the next stop . @Benji Lee Bands on IG

It’s located in an unusual setting but it does have a lot of convenience stores and eateries around the area within walking distance a little less than average than the last one that I have been in which was updated very fresh I think that’s what makes the difference at this moment.
